Hi, I'd like to cancel my newspaper

You would think that a struggling newspaper industry would bend over backwards to make its dwindling customer base happy. But our Edmonton Journal carrier keeps throwing the newspaper on our steps rather than put it in the mailbox, despite my repeated complaints to the Journal's circulation department. I'm now threatening to cancel my paper.
