Yeah, yeah, yeah, I haven't blogged in forever. I know. Twitter and Instagram are so much easier for instant blogging than Google's Blogger, which in 2019 still doesn't have a worthwhile mobile app, but that's a different issue. Anyway, I didn't blog anything about our terrific trip to Portland earlier this year, but I figured I'd do something about our quick Vegas getaway, which was supposed to be a camping trip to the west coast, but life interfered and our plans had to change for various reasons, so... Vegas, baby. The absolute highlight of our trip was Eataly , the new Italian market in the renovated Park MGM hotel. It's got a couple of sit-down restaurants, but it's mostly a bunch of lunch-counter market vendors selling a range of pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, as well as some fancier things like fish and meat.
