I've hit my first plateau, with my weight sticking in the 177 - 178 lbs range all week this week. I also let my eating habits get a little sloppy at times, which may also explain why my weight loss has stalled out a bit. Otherwise, though, I'm pretty happy with the week, particularly because I did another new personal best with my run today, at 8.15 miles!
- This week's running mileage: 15.15 miles
- This week's cycling mileage: Approx. 27 miles
- Three sessions of weight training: 90 minutes total.
- Weight: 178 lbs.
