First in a regular series of entirely self-indulgent posts updating my 2 major fitness goals for 2010: Complete at least one 15K run (9.3 miles) and get my weight down to 175 lbs.

  • Yesterday: Ran 6.5 miles (10.5 K)
  • Today: Ran 5.0 miles.
  • This week's mileage: 15.5 miles
  • Weight: 183.4 lbs.
