Fitness File 2
Second in a regular series of entirely self-indulgent posts updating my 2 major fitness goals for 2010: Complete at least one 15K run (9.3 miles) and get my weight down to 175 lbs.
- This week's running mileage: 16 miles (including a personal best of 7 miles today! Whooo!)
- This week's cycling mileage: 8 miles
- Three sessions of weight training: 90 minutes total.
- Weight: 180.4 lbs.
