Moving to daylight time in seven easy steps

It's 5:02 a.m., and I'm writing and publishing this in real time. I have decided that gradually setting my alarm clock back this week is the only way I'm going to adjust to the time switch this weekend in a manner that won't involve heavy pharmaceuticals.
