Saturday weigh in - 180.6 lbs

It's Saturday so it's time to check my weight:

That's down about half a pound from last week, which is pretty good considering I had a pretty emotional week and exercised exactly once due to a lot of 12-hour days at the office.

I found a neat iPhone app called TargetWeight that tracks your weight and BMI. Here's what my chart for the week looks like:

So, it's a start. Hopefully I can break below 180 lbs. this week and keep it that way.
