Saturday morning weigh in - 174.8 lbs.

It's the return of the ever-popular Saturday morning weigh in feature on the blog, mainly because my weight is creeping back up again and I want to not get too far from my 170 lbs. goal, which I successfully accomplished back in the spring through the power of Internet shame.

So, this time we're starting at 174.8 lbs, and not over 180 lbs, which is a plus. But of late my weight has been in the 176-lbs. range which is too much over 170 to be "margin of error."
